As a new mum, the idea of going into a gym to try to get my pre-baby body back was so intimidating I almost feared doing it.
But I worked my way back to sexy and fit. Each time I walked into the gym, my confidence grew. I felt better doing the routines, understanding the mechanics of the equipment, and, of course, seeing the results.
It didn’t take me long to realise many women want the same thing, to get fit again after pregnancy, yet many lack the confidence to get in there and know exactly what to do to make it happen. So, I created my programs to help those women, busy new mums, get into the gym, feel and look confident in and out of the gym, and get the results they want to feel and look great again.

When I say I've tried every diet in the book I mean it, from keto to paleo, vegan, juice cleanse and nothing I actually stuck to.
Little did I know it was quite simple. we don't need to cut out food groups or our favourite meals, we don't need to do hours of cardio. health and fitness doesn't have to be complicated. at the end of the day it's simple maths with weight lifting and sprinkle of cardio. I have changed my body and mind dramatically after having 2 babies and I aspire to do the same for other ladies. creating strong, confident women is what gets me up in the morning.
